OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS
It is essential fatty acids.It has 3 important fatty Acids. Omega-3 fatty acids, also referred to as n-3 fatty acids, are polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). The long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), can be synthesized from ALA. There’s three commonly supplemented types of omega-3 fatty acids:
